Hip-hop star Drake provided the sparks for the spectacular opening of the Chateau Nightclub and gardens at Paris Las Vegas on March 5th. Eager crowds clamored to get in long before the official opening time of 10.30 pm. The atmosphere outside the club was electric to say the least. Once inside, clubbers got their first look at the spectacular interiors, magnificent chandeliers, naughty French maids and the brilliant dazzling lights. The club has plenty of strategically located VIP booths, all of which were occupied. Not surprising considering the number of celebs around on the opening night. The vast array of celebs included poker legend Chris Ferguson, New Orleans saints running back Reggie Bush - who incidentally celebrated his 26th birthday, Detroit lions defensive lineman Ndamunkong Suh, San Diego defenders Stephen Cooper and Shawn Phillips, Film director Brett Ratner, Wilmer Valderrama, Drake and may others. Chateau also managed to rope in high profile DJ Samantha Ronson who treated the crowd to some fabulous party music from the 80s and 90s. The undisputed star of day however was Drake who whipped the crowd into frenzy with his hit songs "Up all night", "Over" and "miss me". The crowd had their moneys worth, and if the opening night is anything to go by Chateau is here to stay. Click here for more pictures and information about the Chateau opening.
