It is also the oldest and most happening gay club in Milwaukee, with great dance floors, great DJ`s and the famed ETC. lounge. Adding to the popularity of the nightclub is the very popular bartender of the ETC.Lounge, Dan Bialzik. Originally from Cedarburg, Dan moved to Milwaukee a decade ago and has worked at La Cage and ETC.Lounge for two years now. Dan likes it in Milwaukee and he is of the opinion that the city is by and large gay friendly and is a good place to live in.

With a genial and jovial attitude, Dan is a hit with the regulars at the lounge. He`s heard his share of pick up lines too. "I got a - Did it hurt when you fell from heaven recently, but the general pick up around here is to grab someone`s ass and ask if they want to have sex" says Dan. Like all good bartenders, Dan is also creative and likes to innovate. His favorite drink to make is the Dragonberry BJ, a fruity drink made with Bacardi Dragonberry. Dan enjoys his job and plans to continue working as a bartender for as long as he enjoys it, "Going to work is like going out for me, I`ve worked in city planning but bartending is much more fun". There are not so fun moments too, like having to clean up puke occasionally! Dan does not like to get drunk behind the bar, but he likes a vodka with sugar free Red-Bull occasionally.
