Last month we had seen a Las Vegas nightclub create history by debuting holographic dancers and now it could be happening to bartenders - replaced by robots.
These robot bartenders can work day and night without calling in sick or needing a break. According to manufacturers the best part of having robot bartenders is they will never whine about tips.
Asahi Breweries has already been using the help of robot bartender, Mr Asahi to sell beers in London. Mr Asahi opens beer bottles and serves it to customers and is already such a hit that Asahi Breweries are thinking of launching more versions of it.
Bartenders are known for their flair, skill and warmth - can these robotic machines replace human warmth? Is this a good idea or a horrible idea?
