Elton John Concert in Egypt Cancelled After He Suggests that Jesus was Gay

by Jerry Paige on May 7, 2010 05:24   10  Comments   Share

It's a well known fact that the Middle East is one of the least gay-friedly travel destinations in the world. Infact in 2004 a college student was sentenced to 17 years in prison for posting a profile on a gay website.

So it's no wonder that an Elton John concert scheduled for May 18th as part of the singer's "I'm still standing" tour was cancelled after he gave an interview to Parade magazine in which he says "Jesus was a super-intelligent gay man".

Even though Egypt is a pre-dominantly Muslim country, Jesus is regarded as a prophet and Sir Elton's comments drew the ire of Egypt's Music Union, hence the concert cancellation. So we ask, does the fact that Jesus was never married, spent most of his time with 12 guys and turned water into chardonnay every now and then make him a gay lord?

This a little bit funny. I found your site via search engine a few moment ago, and luckily, this is the only information I was looking for the last hours. They are the drivers who cut you off in traffic and then give you the finger, placing the blame for their inconveniences or their hurry on you.

Just wanted to say thanks for this. Your main concern should be taking care of your new baby and taking care of yourself.

I thought it was going to be some boring old post, but it really compensated for my time. I will post a link to this page on my blog. I am sure my visitors will find that very useful. It's the single most common reason for a lost pregnancy, and it's important to do as much research as you can in order to reduce your chance at miscarriage.

You got numerous positive points there. I made a search on the issue and found nearly all peoples will agree with your blog. It's been happening in one household after another.
