[Rooftop garden lounge at night]
Hudson Terrace is a 13,000-square-foot space in Midtown West with a Garden Terrace, a rooftop Garden Lounge, and a Salon. This special venue has operated as a private event space since its inception; it has played host to corporate parties, politicians, celebrities, diplomats and people from all walks of life. This year, the Hudson Terrace will host another special event: an Inaugural Ball to top all Inaugural balls.
- The Salon has a ceiling with video Chandeliers draped in Swardovski Crystal.
- The Garden Terrace is a private garden patio partially tented and heated
- The Rooftop Garden Lounge, which overlooks the Hudson River, has regulated temperature regulated mahogany flooring, a centralized fireplace,
- This venue holds 850 people, with room for 400 in the salon, 150 in the garden terrace, and 300 on the roof.
- Grand opening as a nightclub slated for March 2009.
