Santa came early this year folks, here are some new features on the Orb to make your event promotion experience even better. Thanks to all the users who reccommended these features.
Geo Location
In order to streamline content and make it more relevant to where you are while accessing EventOrb, we now automatically detect where you are located, and show you relevant content based on your location. You can also change this automatically detected location according to your preferred country or US state of interest.
A Better Search Experience
To allow you to search our databases for events based on keywords, we've taken away the various filtering options, making them available only on the search results page so that you can start with a broad range of results and narrow them down according to your preference.
Easier Profile Access
Many promoters kept looking for their profile pages after logging in, so we provided you with a drop down menu containing some key links to your profile.
More Social Bookmarking Options
We've added a few more options to where you can bookmark your events. We've added a link to MySpace, Facebook and Stumble to allow you to spread the word about your event to an even greater audience.
Profile Dropdown Menus
We've purged your profile pages of the dreaded static menu it previously had, replacing it with a sleek, quick and easy dropdown menu, providing you quicker access to your profile pages and sub-pages.

Although the majority of promoters who use EventOrb are located in the US. EventOrb has incorporated the neccessarry technology that makes us able to make our site available in just about any language there is, for any country there is. We are excited to welcome Germany as the first country outside the US that this initiative has been carried out for.
