Clubbing is a fun way to burn off calories. Dancing the night away can burn more calories per hour than other activities such as riding a bike or swimming. Salsa dancing burns 420+ calories per hour and belly dancing burns 380 calories per hour. At the very least, clubbing cover charges are way cheaper than a gym membership. Plus, you get to sample a different club’s ambience each weekend rather than staring at the same gym décor.
